Blonde vs. Brunette
For 18 years of my life I have been brunette, however, a couple of months ago I decided to have a radical change and go blonde.This was a huge decision for me, and an expensive decision. As my hair was SO dark before it took 3 goes of highlighting to get it to the perfect colour. I wanted to do it through highlights, instead of bleaching it all straight away to save my hair, at least a little from damage.

I think both colors look great on you! I agree with Livia - you're lucky that you have light eyes and skin. Practically any color looks good on you :)
